Dr. Tandi Wilkinson MD, CCFP-EM

Dr. Tandi Wilkinson is an emergency family physician who has years of experience working within rural and remote settings and currently calls Nelson, BC, home. She also has experience within medical education leadership, UBC CPD research as a Rural Scholar, and focuses on physician wellness in her role with The Thriving Project at RCCbc. Dr. Wilkinson still finds the time to locum within her local ED, and is a CAMP coach through UBC CPD.


Dr. Lani Nykilchuk ND, MSCP

Dr. Lani Nykilchuk has been practicing naturopathic medicine since 2010, and has been practicing within the qathet region since 2017. Dr. Lani is the owner of Broadleaf Health Collective, offering primary care with a focus on clinical nutrition and lifestyle counselling offering natural solutions to patient ailments. Dr. Lani also achieved her designation as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner as of 2025.


Simone Clifton GAIN-RHNP™, CHC, CNS, Food Therapy Practitioner, Hormone Health Specialist

Simone has worked in the health and wellness field for over 10 years and currently supports individuals within mental health and recovery settings. Her work includes reviewing bloodwork through a nutritional lens to identify patterns that may suggest nutrient insufficiencies and areas requiring further support or medical follow-up. With additional education in psychopharmacology, Simone focuses on how medications, digestive changes, appetite, food intake and nutrient status can influence physical and mental wellbeing. She provides practical, evidence-informed nutrition guidance that helps individuals better understand how to nourish their bodies alongside medical care.


Dr. Jaspreet Soor

Dr. Jaspreet Soor initially trained and practiced as a family physician, although has now evolved to become a life and death doula to provide guidance to those in need. Dr. Soor offers life transition consulting and support for both individuals and organizations, including workshops for physicians and frontline professionals that regularly experience crisis and loss. She is based within the qathet region offering compassionate support for "life’s in-between moments".


Julie Zimmerman Provincial Director, Services Development and Implementation Foundry Central Office

Julie Zimmerman is the Provincial Director, Services Development and Implementation at Foundry Central Office. She supports the development and implementation of Foundry’s services across B.C., working to strengthen integrated, youth-focused mental health and substance use care and ensure services meet the needs of young people, families and communities.


Delyth Harper Foundry qathet Project Manager

Delyth Harper is the Project Lead for Foundry qathet, supporting the development and implementation of Foundry’s local services in the qathet region. She works with community partners and stakeholders to help build accessible, integrated supports that meet the needs of local youth and families.
